Scotlands Winter mountains offer a unique experience to anybody who ventures out in them. It's many dark and forbidding cliffs transform in Winter to fun playgrounds with turf , ice and rock. The big gullies are famous, the ridges legendary and the mixed terrain inexhaustible. All you have to do is decide when!

THRILLS WEEK Five days of building up competence and experience in a Scottish winter environment . The course will be designed around your individual needs with plenty time to develop all the key skills of an efficient winter climber.

TRIP DESCRIPTION
The central base of Aviemore allows a climber access to many of Scotland's finest winter routes. The Cairngorms are on the doorstep with Creag Meagaidh, Aonach Mor and Ben Nevis all within1 hour's travel.
ITINERARY
Day 1 Warm up day, getting back into wearing crampons and swinging axes. Northern corries venue and routes of grade II/IIII or above.
Day 2 Coire an Lochain or Hell's Lum, for bigger and better climbs. Grade III or above.
Day 3 Creag Meagaidh hosts some of the best ice lines in the country. From grade III to V, these 300m routes are a big day out.
Day 4 Back to the Cairngorms for maybe a local test piece, to push your own limits.
Day 5 Ben Nevis offers everything for the winter enthusiast. The longest ridges and the finest ice climbs.
